18+ Years in Restoration and Related Industries

Johnny is a passionate and dedicated leader with 18 years of experience in the restoration industry. He has worked in various roles and domains within the field, from hands-on labor and technical work to high-level management and insurance roles. Johnny’s career journey showcases his skill, expertise, and commitment to delivering quality restoration services to a wide range of clients and projects.

Here are some of the highlights of his remarkable career path:

  • Began his career as a restoration technician in 2006 while studying Drafting and Design at ITT Technical Institute.
  • Quickly rose to the position of lead technician, then Project Manager, managing diverse restoration projects involving water, fire, smoke, and mold damage and many other aspects of the business including marketing, payroll, while overseeing all operations under the direction of the owner.
  • Co-founded a successful restoration business in 2012, specializing in mostly commercial mold remediation projects of varying scales, preventative maintenance and water proofing, and large commercial restoration projects for several hurricanes/catastrophic events in the Gulf and up and down the East Coast.
  • Made a career change in 2016, to become an insurance adjuster at Allstate and then as a senior catastrophe adjuster at MetLife, handling complex claims involving Public Adjuster represented files and Department of Insurance complaints.
  • He joined SERVPRO Corporate in 2020 as a Project Manager with the Commercial Large Loss Division, overseeing large-scale restoration and reconstruction projects all over the country.
  • Was recruited by a top 20 SERVPRO franchise as a General Manager. After a year, decided to start his own small business helping other owners build and protect their legacies.
